“We took on the task of attempting to plan the "Ultimate Ladies Trip" for a group of 13. To support our vision, we needed one of the best villas on St. Thomas and we hit a homerun in choosing Casa De Petrus!!! The villa was considered the highlight of our trip. It is gorgeous and looks even better in person. The property has amazing views. It is very spacious!! There is plenty of space for groups to congregate while also providing lovely spaces for individuals to just read or sunbathe. We……

“We had a great stay on this property. Check-in and check out were smooth. The unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed - beach towels, washer/dryer, plates, pots, etc. We cooked some of our meals so, it was helpful to have what we’d need for that. The unit has a great view from both balconies (!) and the proximity to the beach was a major plus. Brandon was also really helpful and answered all of our questions very promptly. Not very easy to walk elsewhere if you want to explore……

“Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. Warning, it is hard to find and the driveway is very steep, but she gave us excellent directions and any……

“We decided to take a quick trip to St John for the 4th of July. We wanted someplace close to the action in Cruz Bay, but also something that felt private. Edgewater was a short walk to town and also very secluded. Nora, was an amazing hostess and made sure we had everything we needed and helped make our stay superb.We absolutely loved it there and will definitely return soon. Thanks again to Norman and Bruce.”

“Communication was excellent on checking code for door, unit was very clean and up to date . Unit provided extras too like toys beach towels , snorkeling gear, etc. It was located on first floor, easy access to pool, and beautiful views of bolongo bay. We will definitely be back to this place, can’t say enough nice things . Would recommend to anyone. Can’t imagine you could find a better deal for a place this nice and views. Thank you ”

“We had a wonderful time at this property! The views, amenities and pool were exceptional. The property was very well maintained considering the remote location. Overall I was very pleased with the stay and will look to rent this property again if visiting St. Thomas. ”

“Host booked the wrong date at the resort and was totally unresponsive when we contacted him about the issue. Left us stranded at the airport in St Thomas. We had to pay 1900 to get a room for one night. Still have not heard from the host with an explanation or apology.”
