「This hotel was okay… i guess for the price it’s okay. Clean bed, clean bathroom but i will say the walls need deep cleaning, the rooms could smell better. There’s no actual person in the lobby… so it’s kinda hard to ask for something or if you need anything also no breakfast… it would be way better if there was breakfast included.」

「I wasn't happy with the service; we had booked a room with an ocean view, but there was only one woman at the front desk handling a huge crowd. She left me standing there waiting while she tried to attend to everyone else and me at the same time. On top of that, there were no extra towels or toilet paper, and there were bugs—specifically bedbugs. They really need to fumigate, as it’s dangerous when you have children with you. I hope they take this feedback into account.」

「Table was dirty, I brought a pack of washcloths with me and used one to clean the table. It came out red, like if juice was spilled and never cleaned. I started cleaning the rest of the rooms surfaces and it wasn’t too bad. I dropped the rag on the floor and wiped a small area by stepping on it. When I raised my foot my white washcloth was black. The disgusting cigar smell was activating my hives and asthma. My son spotted a roach come out the wall and we immediately packed up and left. We left...

「The safety latch broken, room never cleaned, 6 light fixtures, one bulb. No ice bucket, front desk unable to help with either. Room door has a 1inch gap letting in daylight and heat. Elevator broke, trash not cleared from pool during Thursday-Sunday trip.」
