“When I first arrived I was slightly concerned because the hotel was out of down town Mumbai and didn’t look that welcoming. However the rooms were clean and comfortable. What impressed me was the service I was given. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If in Mumbai again I would certainly chose to stay there. ”

“Rooms are clean and well maintained, staff is very courteous but what stands out is the food. All dishes are delicious, however the service is slow.”

“Didn’t like the property. There were lot if mosquitoes in the room. Didnt get proper sleep. Paid for the breakfast didn’t get any breakfast as employee said its not included. Overall not satisfied with the service. ”

“The staff completely denied us having a booking and we had to contact hotels.com to get this sorted. We finally managed to get a room and it wasn’t up to the mark. One of the locks was broken, the room was painted by an amateur and could see patches everywhere, closet was dirty and many tiny little things that didn’t fit right. Fortunately me and my partner only needed the room for a few hours so we can rest before our flight at night so we didn’t really pay attention to these issues”
