"Not good and not too bad"

"Guests are very noisy. They start chit-chatting at midnight & 6am, kid was yelling & playing instrument at 8am, so we totally could not sleep whole night. It is cheap so the facilities are poor and old: (1) the toilet is broken but fixed on the 2nd day (2) the sink in our room has water leakage problem (3) the door is broken and cannot be locked (4) the building is old so you could hear staircase sound when guest walk The things I appreciate: (1) super close distance to all shops, most famous...

"The tricky part of this stay is, if you pay for the rate with included breakfast with 2 adults, you actually only have food for one person. Other than that, this is a very decent place to stay. "
