“We had an excellent experience at Ciasa Salares. The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, with a very warm and attentive welcome from all the staff. The hotel’s facilities are very good, especially the outdoor swimming pool and the sauna area, which are comfortable and well maintained. “Overall, I would give this property a 9.75 out of 10. Everyone was extremely kind. The food was delicious. I absolutely was in love with my room. The view was beautiful. I love having access to the bus to take me into town. Parking was easy. The spa was gorgeous. I think my only complaint that took away 0.25pts out of my perfect 10 would be the fact that children were allowed in the spa and instead of it being a restful time at felt like a playground. “If you’re looking at this review you likely already know about the amazing location this hotel is in (inc. 2 min walk to a main lift) so I’ll skip that…. This hotel really is incredible, very well maintained, excellent facilities inc. a free sauna, spa and infinity pool over looking the mountains. There’s an online app / link ordering drinks etc. and delivered where ever you select. The staff were truly exceptional, everyone of them genuinely acted like they were pleased you were there and……
