"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. The hotel is beautiful and my room was spacious with a large shared patio. The pool and hot tub are in a stunning setting and I enjoyed a long nap in the solarium. "A beautiful traditional hotel with amazing views and great service and in a fantastic location. The only downside was the unexpected bill at the end of our stay, you are obliged to have have board however this does not cover the daily evening meal menu, we had to pay a rather large supplement which was a bit of a shock. "

"Hotel was stunning, the views of the mountains whilst having breakfast were incredible. All staff were very welcoming and friendly and the facilities were great. 10/10 recommend! Fantastic location, right next to ski lift. Something to be aware of is you're on a hill (which gives you the amazing views), but if you want to walk down into town in the evening you have a 10 minute walk back up a relatively steep hill. "

The construction and interior were traditional Tyrolian woodwork. The staff went above and beyond in all aspects. They provided us with a personal hotpot and teas. The breakfast, which is included, was better than most B and B's provide. Everything was fresh and well presented. The breakfast room is charming and well appointed. Can't say enough good things...
