“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. “Excellent hotel. Best in Abilene, and we looked at several options while in town. Clean hotel, clean rooms, easy parking, helpful staff. Everything in Abilene is overpriced right now due to multiple AI data center build outs. However this hotel came closest to validating the sky high Abilene room rates. Would highly recommend.”
