“the room was spacious but needs lot of upgrades/maintenance. The carpet needs to be replaced. The TVs need to be upgraded. ”

“Stayed in the 1 bedroom villa treetop for my husband and I's 1 yr wedding anniversary. Loved it! So quiet and peaceful. It was nice and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The indoor pool area was a little too cool for my liking but overall great place for couples, families, work or religious retreats. We definitely will be back and maybe have a family reunion there, there's something for everyone! ”

“Front desk employees are excellent. When my card wasn't working Michael Boye went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved in a timely manner with minimal inconvenience. He was very courteous and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and well maintained. ”

“Free breakfast was so much better than last time! Delicious variety with sausage egg English muffin sandwiches and breakfast burritos! Free choc chip cookies in the evening. However we complained several times of loud stomping noises above us. Told us there would be no one up there tomorrow but there was. ”

“I was not happy with breakfast. Usually, in Hilton Hotels we are offered Belgium Waffles and the fruit was not fresh and there was no bacon. Otherwise, it was fine.”
