「Staffs are very friendly, they advised hiking activities according to weather conditions. BTW, the breakfast is very good 」

「The property is nice, located not far from the city centre. The staff, was ok, except for the morning staff who was quite pedantic with his responses and had an attitude. The area of the pool is outside the hotel and there’s no direct access. The floor is the pool area is in a very poor condition and needs significant maintenance (the wood floor is was pretty broken) 」

「Poor staff attitudes, Far from welcomjng and not keen at all on helping, we found reception and also breakfast staff rather unhelpful. We had free drinks per day with our booking yet was not told about them when checked in. When we queried it they were very evasive like it was a problem. We got them but it wasnt a welcoming experience. Had dinner at the hotel one night, average and again not the best service. For the quality and price of the hotel I would have expected far kinder and nicer...

「Initial room we were put in was small, bathroom minuscule and noisy. Next day we asked to be moved and we were moved into better room. Ask for room at back. Parking great. Staff helpful and nice. 」
