“The only real criticism we had was that there are not 2 air conditioner units in the suite. With only 1 in the bedroom, the unit had to be on full blast with a thermostat setting in the 60s to get it fairly comfortable in the living room. That meant the bedroom was freezing. And also if one person wants to sleep earlier or gets up earlier, the door between the bedroom and living room can't be closed and still keep the living room at a comfortable temperature. That was poor planning in the design……

“We made a last minute reservation, and were treated VERY well my the night clerk, who upgraded us to an accessible room when he noticed my disability. There were only two issues with our room. No trash receptacles, and no soap dish in the shower. Other than that, this was a very nice and very affordable stay with a very nice front desk person.”

“The place shut down. I can't get ahold of anyone to get my money back. I had to file a report with my credit card company”
