On the contrary the staff outrightly declined to help and said they don't do any of those kind of serices to the clients. I was on my own. 2. The phone number listed in the Hotels.com is not operational and they dont attend that. I am appalled that a biz lists a number that doesnt work. 「Normal hotel next to a busy highway. Barely any hot water for shower. Air conditioner's temperature control doesn't seem to work as it isn't cold even at 18C. Slight amount of dust in the room. No nearby shops or public facilities.」

「On the whole it wasn't a pleasant stay. The phones weren't working and it was a pain reaching the reception and room service. The beds were creaking and making a lot of noise. Pulled down the sheets and slept on the floor whole night. Horrible. Least expected from a hotel of this class. The water pressure was not sufficient too. Couldn't reach the manager too for he was busy in meetings... Only solace was the breakfast spread , which was good. 」
