“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……

“The hotel is charming and located in an excellent part of town, with transit to the airport just outside the door. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the hotel is very clean. The staff is lovely!! Silvie at the front desk was always warm, friendly and very helpful!!! There are nearby restaurants and a nice bakery, but the central part of town is just a short walk! The WiFi worked well. Don’t hesitate to stay here! ”

“Our efficiency suite had a small kitchen and a fabulous balcony overlooking the ocean. Unforgettable. Front desk staff were delightful and very helpful. Parking was appreciated, as we walked everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed renting e-bikes 2 blocks away and exploring the city, lighthouse, beaches, and nearby village.”
