「I liked the gated parking, building was in good up keep, staff was great! 」

My salon and I arrived and were told no rooms were available for checking and to come back despite having a reservation. I dropped my son off with his team and went back to the lobby and watched the same staff Mem proceed w check in 5 guests despite being told no rooms were available yet. Mere minutes after I asked. 「There was construction going on and and water pipe had broke fans being used to dry areas, very noisy. Did not have any thing telling me about the construction when I made my reservation.」

「No hot water in the shower or hand sink. Attempted to call front desk multiple times, but no one was available. Due to time constraints, I just chose to take an ice cold shower and it was awful. Told the front desk at check out and was met with confusion that this couldn't have been possible. A colleague also stayed there, had the same problem, and was also treated like this was something only they had experienced.
