“We loved the sofa and wet bar area. Bed was comfortable and shower spacious with a good shower head. We had a small mishap in the morning. Breakfast was not ready as promised and after waiting 10 minutes we had to leave and get on the road. Later, I called the manager and he sincerely apologized and also gave me a partial refund. Kudos to Shayne! Not many will even own their mistake, but he went the extra mile to make it right. Thank you! We will be back!”

“The staff and hotel were steller. We loved our room and the responsiveness and kindness of staff. We did have to walk two blocks for our pups to have "green space" to go potty. A quickly-accessible green space outside (to avoid walking two blocks in downtown Memphis at 12:30 a.m. is the only thing I would change, but frankly, this wouldn't deter us from staying at Indigo again, as we like the hotel and staff so much - particularly Valencia (sp?), who helped us check in, the gentleman who……

“A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see……
