「Nice rooms, great breakfast friendly staff」

「The property is nice, the rooms are very clean. I love that there’s a lot of trees in the property and around. It is a little bit far from everything but there are markets nearby and the bus is really easy to take. My only complaint is that when we arrive, the man at the reception told us that we had not paid, he charged us for our stay, we could not get the receipt from Expedia because we had no Internet, and he would not give us Wi-Fi until we paid. 「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. 「Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed linens were clean and so crisp that I slept amazingly. Shops were so convenient.」

「In a great spot with parking on site if booked ahead. The room was small and dominated by the bed. The bathroom was a wet room style and pretty much everything in there did get wet because it was small. Good place to stop for one night, not sure it was a large enough room to stay for significantly longer.」
