“The Hotel was great since have been here before. The staff at the desk was overwhelmingly friendly and Very Very helpful, Sadly, we requested a ground floor room at booking, but the Hotel placed us on a Second Floor with no elevator. We are seniors and cannot carry all our stuff up the stairs. Happily, the staff member moved us to the First Floor for the same booking. The room was short on Kleenex (the hotel did not have any), there was this year, no armchair like we had last year, and no……
