“It was a good stay. My bed mattress was wavy. No complimentary breakfast at a Raddison. I was shocked. Overall it was a good stay. ”

“Check in recognized me as a Bonvoy member but didn’t offer me to spin the wheel. Elevator shook on our arrival to room. Employees were not very friendly. Room was nice, beds a little on the harder side. Lighting was very dim, shower was dark, no light we could find in that room. Great location for OKc run to remember, close to start finish and family could watch us run past hotel. ”

“In OKC for medical procedure. Location was perfect for access to OU medical center and within easy walking distance of restaurants in Bricktown area.”

“It was a quick overnight stay. Easy to check in, room was nice and clean, bathroom was larger than other hotels I've stayed at. Staff were helpful and checked me in quickly. Will be reserving another room there for next month.”

“Booked 2rooms Hot water went out in 1 room and had to let other family members use our room totake a shower front desk was getting a little rude with my wife because they wouldn't make other accommodations for our family And we couldn't swim in the pics on website looks indoors but it's not”

“This hotel is wonderful, and we will stay here again. But if you get a room with a view of Bricktown, be aware that people with muscle cars like to rev their engines at all hours. So if you’re a light sleeper take a sound machine or ear plugs. Any hotel in the area will have the same issue. It’s SO LOUD. But overall we love this hotel. Great beds, rooms are clean, staff is great. ”

“The tornado sirens went off at 9pm on 04272024. Staff called the room and had us gather in the lobby until the storm passed. I appreciate the extra care.”
