「Clean room, helpful staff」

「Everything was great but access to the site is a bit out of the way」

「Room was ok King bed was comfortable Bathroom lighting was dull, shower grout had orange bacteria ( Serratia marcescens) growing from not being cleaned well. Breakfast was okay not anything special, you had to run your toast through toaster twice to get it toasted. Yogurts sitting out on counter not refrigerated We didn’t use pool area Lobby is beautiful and clean Hallways had same debris both days we stayed. We saw lots of families with children and pets who seemed to be loving the pool...

「The air conditioner in my original room wasn’t working, and the toilet flush in the washroom was also not functioning properly. The staff were extremely helpful and quickly arranged another room for me. Unfortunately, the second room also had a washroom issue. Despite the maintenance problems, I appreciated the staff’s professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to assist. Their excellent customer service made the situation much easier to deal with.」

In reality you will use the community pool down the road and when we asked for passes for the pool, we could only get one for our daughter and we had to pay for our admission and then bring in the receipt. Disappointing. The breakfast area was good and kept clean and stocked. Overall this hotel is okay.」
