「除了入口稍稍找了一下外，其他都很好，一出門就能逛街、買東西、吃飯...等等，離湖邊也很近能隨時去散散步放空。因為地理位置會有許多坡道，建議大行李寄存車站，或是搭計程車（離車站很近，價格請於當地詢問或參考其他人的經驗值），不然下坡到飯店還可以，上坡到車站那可是一段長長的天堂路啊...XD))))」

「We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance. We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. 「Die Unterkunft hat meinen Erwartungen übertroffen. Top Zustand und schöne Einrichtung. Das Bett (1.40) und Zimmer ist eher klein gehalten, hat mich aber nicht gestört. Preis-Leistung ist hervorragend, vorallem ist die Lage gleich am See und in Fussnähe zum Zentrum. Ich hab noch zusätzlich (separat via Website) noch die integrierte Garage gebucht. Hier hat es einen PKW-Lift mit maximaler 2m Breite! Es gibt auch offene Parkplätze.」

「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」
