「perfect location, just outside of the old town.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The breakfast was charged extra and there was plenty of cereal, bread, cheese, meats, fruits and yoghurts etc. It is over 4 km from Carcassone and buses are infrequent but there is plenty of parking if you take a car. We had a fabulous stay.」

「This hotel is located in a good location near the old town. The room is so small but clean. The breakfast is simple and is not worthy for the price. Anyway, the low price for stay should be ok for those travelers.」

「The Chaumiere is really the only good hotel in this area, decor feels a little set in the 1990's, but facilities are great and the set menu at the restaurant is a real treat. It has a nice casual feel and a very attentive owner/manager」

「We really enjoyed our stay. We had a family room with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for the parents versus children. It is a traditional hotel and everyone was so friendly. There is secure parking up front. One can walk to the main place and shops easily. 」

「Reposant en famille ! Voyageant en septembre il y avait très peu de monde. Le site est beau et il y a plein d’activité à faire. Pensez à prendre vos serviettes de bain, pq, sopalin, sac poubelle etc sinon il y a un supermarché juste à côté . 」
