「The room had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire room, making our stay very unpleasant. According to our Expedia reservation, a complimentary bottle of wine or another welcome drink was included, but we didn’t received it. We had to remind them of that. They never gave us the drinks. We also wanted to watch the Soccer World Cup game, but the hotel did not have a working TV in the restaurant or dining area, so guests were unable to watch the match.」

「Great place with great people. Location is perfect. Food is decent but not spectacular. They don’t heat the jacuzzi which is a bummer but overall I still give this hotel a 10 for San Andres」

「Most of the staff was ok. It rained really bad, and my room got flooded. There was no staff at night, so I had 2 clean it myself... on vacation.. on my bday week. I had a friend that could have helped me, but unless they're staying wu, they dont allow them up (I mean really?!) Breakfast was ok, but ur only allowed 2 eggs... I am on a special diet, and I dont eat simple carbs... all i asked 4 was 1 addition egg 4 my omelet. I mean, really?!! I spoke w the manager... and still nothing. So.. I...
