“Very quaint!”

“Very clean and modern hotel. Didn't use the amenities but they were well maintained. Beds were comfortable.”

“I was on the first floor which was incredibly loud from the road noise and did not sleep at all. I had my service dog with me and the day after I checked out I got charged a pet deposit which I was never informed of. I called the same day they said it would be refunded I never received a refund.”

“This hotel is located across the street from turning stone. We went to turning stone to golf and have fun. The shuttle service was excellent! We never waited more than 5 minutes. The staff was great and informative! The breakfast was very good as well. AND we found a lovely bistro about a minute west of the hotel where the food was great and we could fo a wine tasting.”

“Rooms and common areas need updating. Refrigerator in room was extremely loud. Pillows were terrible. Everything was very clean though and staff was helpful.”

“The inn is clean and the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast area was well-stocked with cereal, yogurt, and snacks, which was very handy. The location is excellent, about a ten-minute walk from the Hall of Fame, so there’s no hassles with shuttles or expensive parking. But this hotel was also noisy, mostly because of the wooden stairs—there are no elevators—and the apparent lack of soundproofing between floors. My first night there was quiet; the second was noisy because……

“There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed).”

“The hotel is spacious and comfortable as a whole, relatively quiet, the mattress is comfortable, the pillows need to be improved, overall this hotel is quite comfortable!”

“Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) Feels unfair for another guest to……
