“We showed up later in evening and checked in. At time of checking in we had paid and then we were informed that 2/3 of their pool amenities were going to be closed, the WiFi was down for unknown amount of time and that nothing could be bought with cash. The pictures online DID NOT show the lack of maintained property! The tiles were broke in the hallways, the patio door didn’t stay locked, there was mold in the rooms, the ice machines ran but didn’t make ice, all vending machines were gone, the……

“I booked through Expedia and 10 minutes later realize I booked the wrong day. I got ahold of Expedia right away and they said the hotel could not move the reservation because it was within 24 hours. I literally called to change it within 15 minutes of booking and Expedia and the hotel refused to fix it for me so I got charged for the night that was wrong.”

“Front desk staff was not helpful, housekeeping never came to clean our room, beds were lumpy and pillows were as flat at a pancake.”

“service is good, but only one person in service. Kind of slow. The door key a little old. Over all is worth to stay. Swimming pool is the bonus point ”

“Room was very clean aside from the bathroom mirror, I had front desk give me a rag & cleaner so I could clean it myself because by the time I checked in at 3pm housekeeping was gone for the day. We had a over all great time. Little bummed the sauna was out of service & breakfast wasn't included but there is a restaurant with 20% off coupon from hotel to use. We chose to not ro use that & just brought our own breakfast, dinner & snacks!”

“We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Both were nice sized and maintained. The free breakfast was what you would except and there was something for everyone. The room itself was a bit rundown and plain, but clean and served its purpose. For the money, this was a good option. Friendly and helpful staff!”
