“Nice room. Easy access from highway. Restaurants near by. Check in was o.k. not very informant. No hair dryer in room. Fan in bathroom ran constantly, could not find a switch, closed door to eliminate noise. We'd stay again despite the small inconveniences. ”

“The mattress are way too soft that I can’t sleep on it…if is more firm would be a lot more better..also in the night my kid were sick and mess up the pillows..asked for replacement pillows but was told there are no more pillows…..hotel is in a great spot but facility are bad…”

“Good location - overall an average hotel with average amenities. ”

“The hotel locates in the middle of a construction site, not walking distance to any of the subway station. I booked the hotel to attend a conference at Harvard and I need to walk either 35 mins to Cambridge town or take a Uber which costs more than 20 back and forth. Not really ideal.”

“Everything went well with the exception of internet connection which continued to ask me to join the Travellers Program and did not allow me to scroll down to the free internet. I had to go to the front desk twice to rectify this problem with my computer. Being on a business trip made this difficuot.”
