"Trogir was a great place to start our Croatian holiday. The Vila Liza was a great location opposite the old town and views looking out across the water. The warm welcome from Maritza at check in was much appreciated. The roof terrace breakfast was delicious. It is an easy walk from the bus station and only one flight of stairs to the rooms. "Location is great but I had some issues with the room. Floor was sticky with floor cleaning solution, seems to be common in Croatia. Fridge did not work at all which is tough when you want some cold water in the heat and store snacks for long stays. Remotes with dead batteries. Light bulbs burned out. Host has strange rules, not client focused. With some improvements this could be a great stay. "

"The property was clean and within walking distance to a very nice beach, not too touristy. The town itself is quaint and it's a 40 minute drive to Split. 12 minute drive to Trogir which was a beautiful little town which we found to be even more interesting than Split but less crowded."

"We had a late night flight into Split and arranged to stay at Hotel Vila Tina. Arriving in at midnight, we did not get to see much of the hotel. In the morning, we were so amazed at the beautiful view and property. Nice breakfast and very nice staff. Definitely recommend. "
