“I went downstairs to get coffee at 6:15. I wasn’t aware that it didn’t open until 6:30. The first lady was extremely rude about it. But there was another lady. Her name was Sandra. She was so nice and got me some even though she wasn’t open yet. And she was so cheerful and helpful. It was very much appreciated!”

“This is our new pitstop between GA and TX. The 5th floor because the housekeeper has been there since it opened. Our room was so clean and new looking, I thought we were the first ones in a new hotel but it is like 6 years old. This is all due to the excellent staff that they hired to maintain this facility. ”

“I arrived about 7 PM. Once I got my room key and headed up the elevator, I was surprised to see the multiple large bags of trash in the elevator foyer. More trash and a roller buggy in the hallway. The carpet was dirty and all of it needed to be clean. I kind of expected my shoes to be sticky when I got to the room. Room carpet was dirty as well, the thermostat was nearly falling off the wall and the refrigerator compressor made substantial noise every time it turned on. ”
