「The service was extremely poor. In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?」

「Sand in the AC unit, clogged bathtub and sink. 」

「Don’t do it! 1) asked for 1st floor, no elevator. Said they didn’t have any. Half the rooms were empty. 2) pushed no smoking hard. Went into our room and it smelled like someone chain smoked in it. 3) toilet wouldn’t flush, tv remote wouldn’t work, need to be under 5 ft tall to stand under it, hairdryer didn’t work, etc 4) management talks down to the customer. Happened to us and saw it with others. 5) light shining in the room all night. Worst hotel I have been too!」

「Everything was good」

「飯店有很強烈的臭味，櫃檯人員僅提供芳香劑要求我自己噴。味道還是沒散掉反而更怪。 隔日退房在和櫃檯反映，完全沒得到任何正面回覆。 史上最差的住宿經驗！」

「The location is perfect and everyone is always welcoming」

「no good」

「Thanks you for everything and is good place to stay 」

「The host double boomed and did not communicate at all. We showed up to the property to learn there had been a long term resident living there for months. He greeted us with a firearm on his hip. Never again」
