“We enjoyed staying here. The hotel was completely full, but it didnt really seem like it. The breakfast bar had several hot items and definitely was filling. Really enjoyed the river view from our room. We had the fireplace and jacuzzi room, enjoyed both of those. I liked the popcorn in the evenings, that was a great touch! The cons, our bed was uncomfortable! Did not sleep for the 2 nights we were there. There is no fan in the bathroom, that's aggravating. The bathroom sink is rather small in……

“The only problem I had with the stay was the mattress was terrible, I got up with a backache every single morning. The only other thing was the handicap parking. I was able to walk with no problem, but my wife can't walk for very far and has to have a electric chair to travel. There needs to be an upgrade on handicap parking spaces. Other than that you have a beautiful facility and very kind and helpful employees. ”

“Our stay was very nice and relaxing. The resort is beautiful. The staff is very attentive. Nestled up in the mountains, the sunrise/sunsets were breathtaking. ”

“The hotel locates about 15 minutes from Great Smoky Mountain and a lot of interesting areas around, we can easily find restaurants nearby and a shopping mall is not far away.The room is not so new but well maintained (I dont mean old, just you can feel its not so new...); overall speaking this is a pleasuant stay.”
