“The lady I spoke with when I checked in on Sunday, not sure of her name, but it was about 7:30-8pm. She has NO customer service skills. Did not greet us when we wlaked up to the counter. When I asked her a question, she seemed annoyed. This is not who I would want speaking ro my guests if I was the manager. When I checked out Wednesday morning, around 8am, she was lovely. Very friendly, answered my questions, and was helpful. The room we stayed in was nice, but the barhroom door didn't close……

“The property was clean and having a balcony was nice. It is an older and outdated hotel with no frills at all. The thing to know is they are pet friendly however it was a $120 for our very small dog to stay one night. That is not a deposit or a typo. Honestly outrageous.”

“The outside looks great and I assume had a fairly recent renovation. Thats where the positives end. When looking for a hotel, I want 3 main things - easy access, a clean room/fresh linens, and ample towels. 1. The elevator was broken. Not a huge deal until the second elevator also started to act up. At first the remote/tv in the bedroom would not work. Eventually figured out it was unplugged. Total waste of time because then the streaming continued to buffer/didn't work so the tv was pointless.……

“Bed so cozy…..beautiful windows with old wavy glass. Right on a Main Street. Antique shops and restaurants walking distance. Can see the lake from the front yard a block away. I have stayed with these awesome people many times and will do so many more times. Lovely huge front porch under the oak trees with porch swings and sofas….. I’m an introvert……..peace and quiet in my room….if I feel social I just step outside and take a walk to the lake and watch the sun set from a bench under the oak……
