“When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.”

“The Inn on the River. We made this reservation well in advance. We absolutely loved our experience at The Inn. When we checked in the staff was amazing. They provided a nice gift to our daughter and the hospitality was fantastic. We liked the proximity to other venues in Pigeon Forge (be patient with traffic). They have two pools at the location (one inside and one outside). We enjoyed the indoor pool the first night (did not go back after as our child did not have googles and the chlorine was……

It was well kept (landscaping and organized) overall considering the age of the property. The welcoming crew at check in could use some help. Destiny seemed really bothered with the questions we had and would say “I’ll tell you later, let’s get through this.
