“The property was beautiful. We enjoyed how spacious the room was. We will definitely book again if we are around that area of philly again.”

“The room is big, the service is friendly and generous, the giant atrium is well-kept vintage. Good pool, room perks. Getting the hotel shuttle was the only hitch. Hotels.com chat bot was glitchy and unproductive. This is not on the hotel staff. Automate it all the way, or don't advertise it. "Contact property for help" from a noisy curb outside baggage claim took 30 min.”

“Initial check-in, the rooms were not ready but we only had to wait for 15 minutes for them to become ready. The TV wasn't working in either room, but the Service Staff fixed the issue within 10 minutes. We all had a nice time, the Staff was excellent.”

“Very nice hotel and close to where we went. However the parking was weird and very limited. At first it seemed like they parked our car and kept the keys but then someone else said something different. It was very odd. ”

“The staff and security were very attentive, very kind and always available to assist. The hotel was very quiet & clean. The room was great & ready ahead of time. The front desk was readily available & always provided me with what i needed. the parking was very easy. The only thing I would advise for families is that this is a Casino hotel…children under 21 only have 1 dining option/restaurant they can go to & it does not have a kids menu. The only other option is to order food & have it……

“Outside was poorly maintained but inside was clean. Elevators were noisy even halfway down the hall. Guests were noisy as well, but this was out of hotels control. Overall, hotel met our needs and was a decent value. ”
