“This is our go-to hotel when we come to Kent. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the rooms are always super clean, and you can't beat the location.”

“I stayed at this hotel after Expedia helped me find a replacement location when there were issues with my original reservation. Unfortunately, my experience from check-in to check-out was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor throughout the building. At check-in, I waited approximately 15 minutes while the two employees at the front desk carried on a conversation with each other. They only stopped when the phone rang, and one of them finally……

“Great front desk staff. Room was comfortable and relaxing. Super clean. Oh, amazing water pressure in the shower.”

“The bed was comfortable the pillows were good. The room was spacious. The bathroom had lots of room. The shower had good water pressure. Anyone who does not like lavender should know all of their bath products have lavender in them. The room was mostly quiet, there was some noise from the nearby highway. The location was convenient. The employees were all very nice.”
