“Positive is that the room was very nice roomy and clean. Negative is that we specifically rented this room because we had a flight out early the next morning and needed the airport shuttle that is advertised. When I checked in, the rep at the counter wasn't friendly at all and almost greeted us with a sigh like "what do you want". I told her we were checking in and she quickly did what she needed to then handed the room key to us. I asked her how we get the shuttle for 6am and do we need……

“Our room would've been very nice had it not been for the awful smell we were met with upon entering it. It was a combination of stale chlorine water, damp clothes, and sewage. We discovered that a sewage smell was emitting from the toilet. I mentioned this to hotel staff and they said they'd address it, but no one ever came or checked back in with us. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was fun, but I wouldn't say it was that well maintained. Overall, I'd give this hotel just an……

“Great central location. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants. We chose not to rent a car and rented bicycles instead and the hotel has a key-coded bicycle room which was very nice for us. Great free (real) breakfast with our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.”

“We had a great stay, staff and hotel were great. Unfortunately valet team do not know how to drive a manual transmission, so had to park myself but still charged the full parking fee. If they can't park your car, they should give a discount.”
