「We were quite pleased with the hotel however, the front desk staff could use some additional training. They left the front desk unattended many times leaving quests waiting. Our check in was slow because the agent did not know how to check in a booking made through Expedia. After checkout - upon getting to the airport we realized the front desk had not returned my drivers license - when we called to inquire about it, the front desk clerk said yes they had it but she was less than apologetic,...

「I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The rooms were immaculate and there were plenty of big fluffy towels in the bathroom. The staff is just amazing and Kendall went above and beyond helping us in getting our room. The hotel has a staff that you can tell takes pride in their work and the breakfast is good. I highly recommend this hotel and will be my future go to forever.」

「I never leave reviews but felt the need to do so this time. Staff was helpful when we got back to our room and the tv would not work. The room worked for us since we were there for a baseball tournament but our room really needed a deep cleaning. They didn’t empty the trash or change out the towels the day before we were to leave.
