「We have been staying at this hotel over the past four years. Just recently, it became a La Quinta hotel.
I will say that the staff and amenities of the hotel are just as good as they were in the past.
The only negative about the property is the drive area to get in and out to the street. It is an elevated hump to drive over in and out of the street and a hard turn to get into the hotel.
It’s better to go in and out the waffle House entrance
I will stay here again when I’m in Asheville」

「Reserved shuttle at hotel day before for 4:30 am to get to airport. Shuttle driver never arrived. Desk clerk was not very motivated to get someone fast for us. We walked 1/4 mile to airport over a highway in the dark.
Terrible customer service」
