“The management is very respectful, and the staff are also very polite whether you check in at night or during the day. As for the hotel, it is clean and comfortable and has most of what any traveler needs. The location is very convenient and everything is close to you, whether it’s a market or anything else”

“The room is large and clean and the bed is very comfortable. However, the sound isolation needs to be improved.”

“Very close to airport. Front desk staff is ok, but not too willing to offer advice and respond to enquires.”

“The staffs are racists and not friendly. They don’t have proper training of dealing with guest. They moved out my staff from my room in my absence. Rooms are narrow and noisy. No charging socket for IPhone. Lifts services are horrible. The manager of the hotel tried to be nice but end of the day the entire system is inefficient and full of poor service. I don’t recommend it.”
