“Friendly and helpful staff with good breakfast. Room was a bit humid and one of the sheets were stained but they changed it per our request. Pool seemed a bit too green in color and opaque which made me wonder how clean it was.”

“asked for a quite area. They put us directly over the pool area open til11:00. Pillos and bed cover were terrible. Bathroom had no vent. Toilet was so short it was good for a 6 yo. No walk in shower. No guide on the tv's...were supposed to use a QR code and download an app. Placed a family of 6+ next to us whose children were running, slamming doors horse playing, yelling etc. for hours. Tv on LOUD at 3am and late at night.. No table and chairs for main room. This was a suite with 2 rooms and 1……
