"First off, the address is wrong. It directs you to JOMO hotel in another town that is not Fenghuang. We got in late at night and had to spend an hour sorting this out with our Taxi driver’s help. The hotel is right next to a nightclub so the music is blasting in your room. Don’t expect to get any sleep because it’s so loud that it almost feels like you are sleeping in a nightclub. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. I’m not sure how it got this rating. This definitely feels like a 1 star motel....

"We stayed only for one night but everything met our expectations. Staff was nice but don't speak English at all- we used translator. The room was nice and the same as on the photos. Breakfast was unfortunately only Chinese, so we get noodles which we are not used to. Hotel has very good location because everything is near but it is located in the quiet area. I don't know if the bar on the other side of the hotel is connected to the hotel but there were everything extremely overpriced. However...

"Property was situated within easy walking distance of the river, what I didn’t like is the fact they had no record of me booking this hotel through you so after traveling for 12 hours I had to try to make the person behind the desc understand who couldn’t speak English that I booked it at the price advertised ( fortunately I printed a copy off ) and not what they were trying to charge me"
