「Seaside Cottage was just as described from all the pictures and descriptions. Check-in was simple. Location was beautiful with easy access to the beach and stunning views from the back porch. We had one item regarding cleanliness and missing towels, but the contact was quick to respond and resolve the issues. We’d recommend, but maybe consider this a place for a couple, but not ideal for a party/family of four. It can accommodate either way.」

「We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.」

「This is a lovely, restful place that was perfectly suited to our vacation. Very comfortable and spacious for our party of three, we especially enjoyed the amazing balcony view of the Ocean plus the easy and private beach access! We did have a slight issue with the property but it was resolved quickly with thoughtfulness and to our satisfaction. We are recommending this place to all our friends and family.
