She went out of her way to ask about our car situation (I had called earlier to say we may not make the booking) Also the person I spoke to on the phone (apologies I can't quite remember their name - Michel?) was very accommodating and kind to talk with. "Check in was helpful and friendly. Free newspaper to read which was a nice touch. Pool available. Clean, great fluffy towels. The properties are somewhat old fashioned and need updating, bathrooms especially, (wear and tear etc) and a little bistro balcony set would be nice. Near to the centre if you’re walking like I was, large car park with easy parking if not. Near a great supermarket and fuel stop too. "
