"預訂了三人的房間，到達時只能提供兩人的床位。 立即向前台表達意見，他們答應下午會加床給我們。 夜晚回房卻發現還沒有加床，再向前台查詢，他們卻說房務人員已下班，未能提供額外床位。最後他們把我們升級至套房，但依然沒有第三張床，第三人只能睡梳化。 雖然很感謝夜間同事盡力幫忙，這事故卻不應發生，這不是突發事情，而是很早預約時已說明的事，不明白為何一個酒店大集團會容許這事發生，很影響旅客的計劃，亦感受不了酒店對旅客的重視。"
