“Staff professional and courteous. Towels changed regularly. Kitchen work surfaces a bit small. Had to run the water until it went from brown to clear. ”

“Great place to stay in Los Cristianos. The room and the whole property were spotless and well maintained. The unit was very well equipped and spacious. Close to many restaurants as well as supermarkets. Easy walk to the beach and shops (10 min) and about 5 minutes walk from local/airport bus. ”

“Great location with good amenities and lovely views. Only issue we had is we were given two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed.”

“We were housed in the main building facing the main road on the 2nd floor, though you could not hear any noise when the doors were closed. The hotel is looking a little tired but overall, the condition was good. The beds were very comfortable, though they did split and slide across the floor when a certain activity was involved! The pool area was really nice with plenty of loungers. Prices of the food and drink were what you would have expected. Some items were more expensive than what you have……

“Long story short. One staff member with curly hair was rude and judgemental due to us being two young lads. We were asked to leave reception on the first day due to me slightly laying down on one of the sofas while we waited to go to the airport. We were asked by her to go outside, yet 2 females,( doing the exact same thing) were not asked to moved. However, totally left to themselves and not bothered at all. I have never ever gone out of my way to make a review but she really did make us feel……

“Hôtel très bien situé. Nous avions chambre supérieure avec vue sur la baie. Petit déjeuner buffet très très complet . Fruits,différents type de pain , céréales, plats chauds, fromage , viande froide, légumes etc… Stationnement inclus qui est un gris plus . Les chambres très confortables, belle literie . Un super séjour . ”

“The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful, but the blankets were dirty. I showed one of the cleaning ladies my blanket and asked for a clean one. She said it was just old, folded it, stored it in the cabinet, and gave me another blanket. I left right afterwards and didn’t really look at it. When I returned, I saw that it was dirty with a very large stain on it. Having dirty blankets was a big problem. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallways.
