"A unique property — a boutique hotel converted from a 1921 junior high school. Large spacious rooms with 15 foot vaulted ceilings. Staff are very friendly and attentive, and non-intrusive.
It's central, just a couple of blocks away from Broad street and Main street. There's free self parking on the street outside the hotel, and it's a 12 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride to Grinnell College (there are free-to-borrow bikes available in the hotel).

"The cabin was cute and the setting peaceful. However, there were A LOT of dead bugs. On the floor. Window sills, hide a bed mattress. Dishes and shelves. Extremely disappointed in that. Also window shades abdcfrsmes spotted with bug droppings"
