「I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing...
their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available...
on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...」
