“My second time visit .... Close to JR Ayase station, although a bit far from Tokyo or Shinjuku such shopping area. Concerning the price, its okay. Room not too small, still have space to place mu big luggage ”

“Good, will definitely come back again”

“Second time to stay here. Professional staff. Slightly far away from Ginza’s main shopping street but the walking distance was acceptable. Room is not that spacious but sufficient for rest. WC and bathroom were separated. 7-11 was just downstairs. Generally speaking, a wise choice in Ginza.”

“CP ok”

“There is a small open cafe area to relax, eat takeouts, repack your luggage. Quite suitable for travel on a budget. The room is slightly smaller on average but no complaints at this price range, especially with the service you get. Some drawbacks are the furniture in the room. They are integrated into the walls / under the bed, so it is difficult to use since can’t be move around. Overall recommended.”
