“Small basic room. Even though I paid for an executive room. No shampoo or soap or hand towels in a tiny bathroom. No darkness to sleep in. Too much light coming from a:single layer curtain. Bed was ok. Location was ok. Staff tried to cooperate but had no resources to help with. Staff was fighting with drunk people trying to enter the property. It is a 1 or 2 star guesthouse type of property. Not a 3.5 star hotel as advertised on Orbitz. They must do due diligence before listing properties……

“The hotel rooms were not ready even though we arrived after the check-in time. The lobby was not staffed well during this time and air-conditioner was not on in the middle of the afternoon heat. The hotel does not look like the photos and has significantly deteriorated since. The staff did quickly get a room cleaned and ready, but the bathroom flush cover was still left off by the team, leaving it in a functional but not aesthetic state.”

“The rooms were not like the rooms looked on photographs. Not worth the money they ask. Could have booked a better hotel with the same Amount of money if walked here to get it. ”
