「Title: Great location, but a terrible sleep and poor hygiene To start with the positives, the location is very close to the main tourist attractions, and the room was relatively spacious. However, our experience with the staff and the room assignment was disappointing from the beginning. When we checked in, the two female staff members at the front desk were unfriendly. Since we were staying for 4 nights, we specifically requested a quiet room. Instead, they gave us a room right next to the...

「If you are looking for a place to sleep and rest, this place is excellent. The location (tram nearby that goes directly to the main areas) and the rooms (small but practical, bed and bathroom that meets basic needs) are excellent if the majority of your time goes to exploring the city. There is also a parking lot that you can use if you are with the car. Although we had some complaints about the rooms on our first night, the staff act accordingly and changed our rooms the next day.

「They upgraded us to a delux room. We were there for few days and the room was clean, well equipped highly recommend」

「The location is great, just a bit noisy Reception staff is nice and helpful」

「The staffs are racists and not friendly. They don’t have proper training of dealing with guest. They moved out my staff from my room in my absence. Rooms are narrow and noisy. No charging socket for IPhone. Lifts services are horrible. The manager of the hotel tried to be nice but end of the day the entire system is inefficient and full of poor service. I don’t recommend it.」
