"This is a nice property with great staff. However there were some issues to be aware of. The first two nights I had a room with a very hard bed. One of those nights there was no hot water. It was explained that there was a large group that stayed and that the boiler just couldn’t keep up. Understandable, however I was moved to another room and one night hot shower. The next back to tepid at best. Not unsurvivable just an annoyance. The bed however was much more comfortable. It’s definitely good...

I was on a work stay for 10 days and I had a lot of problems with their staff not understanding English and the wifi didn't work. The first 3 days I didn't have any hot water, they did fix it asap. "Great place to stay! The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Also, the food the restaurant serves is really good and can be made to order. I would definitely come vack or recommend to friends and family."
