“Staying in the airport mall is very convenient, with many restaurants and great shopping options. The accommodations are clean, and the staff is polite. However, the downsides are that we only received one room key for a double room, the room lighting is a bit dim, and the biggest issue is poor sound insulation; we could hear noise from the floor above.”

“Both of our two rooms were arranged at 18/F, the floor right below the restaurant. Big and frequent noise of foot step and moving futniture from the restaurant occured every night, non-stop, until 2am which was extremely disturbing. Besides, no information during our booking that both rooms were "No window type", which also surprised us. The only merit about this hotel was its convenient location. ”

“订的是最便宜的无窗户的房间，才一百多一点，房间干净整洁，配了热水壶，袋装咖啡，前台接待很贴心，服务态度好，不过拖鞋牙膏牙刷电吹风需要自备。酒店位置很好，附近有几个中餐馆，还有一条酒吧街，离LOWYATPLAZA，双子塔KLCC等商场近，总体来说性价比高。”

“冷氣聲音很大，離捷運的鐵路太近，早上開始第一班車經過就超大聲，不適合淺眠的人。”

“飯店舒服，但隔壁夜市從晚上8點唱到半夜1點，我們7樓聽得很清楚。飯店應可出面去溝通，因為只是一個沒幾攤的小夜市，可以規定一下。或入住時先提醒，我們就會晚一點回飯店。因為我們沒外出，就ㄧ直被躁音轟炸。2顆星是給飯店噪音管理上問題。”

“櫃檯服務人員非常親切，因為我的班機關係到飯店已經是半夜將近1點，服務人員還是耐心服務及解說。房務人員也每天都清掃非常乾淨，讓我晚上回飯店又有全新的房間，很感動。”
