“Great stay at Hyatt House. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Check-in was a breeze, staff were friendly and the free daily breakfast was pretty good. No noise at all and I stayed on the 1st floor. The best part was the location!!! Right across from King of Prussia mall so close to the highway and TONS of restaurants options. Would definitely recommend and stay here again 10/10!!”

“The attitude of the front desk clerk is very good. But when I asked a male manager for parking at the entrance of the hotel, his attitude was very unfriendly, and finally he didn't tell me where to park.”

“Complimentary coffee is excellent, however, it does not provide free breakfast, or I shall say that the price does not include breakfast, which seems to be not the common measures for the hotels in the same area.”

“Swimming pool is dirty, not clean enough. The breakfast is very good and it has various selection that you can eat to make a full day happy.”

“First stayed in a suite, which was ample space and extremely comfortable. Was a little bummed as I had to book an extra day in addition to my original two-night stay, and they couldn't allow me to stay in our original suite, but front desk folks tried to help as much as possible. Friendly, clean, convenient. Would book again!”

“Only one bank of elevators to take us to our room on the second floor which was a pretty far walk with all of our stuff (no carts to use). Also disappointed there was no working ice machine to be found ( all 3 I located were inoperable). Room was clean and the bed was comfortable but right next to I76 made for a bit of a noisy sleep). Felt a bit overpriced for $230 a night (including tax). ”

“Got there late at night and was offered a room by the clerk who wasn’t very courteous. The room offered on the fourth floor which wasn’t a very comfortable room was missing the glass partition and the room had a stench. After going back to the main desk, there was a new clerk there who was a lot nicer. She offered me a much more cleaner and comfortable room which I appreciated! ”

“Fantastic stay! Loved the room. Only could have been improved with a couple things: more towels in the pool area, free coffee in the lobby in the morning, more light-proof curtains, and TCM on cable! ”
